X-Games Europe Wild Card Contest

To celebrate, and mark the occasion, CoreUPT.com is launching a contest that will blow your mind.
Up for grabs: a 3 year ski contract, CoreUPT.com gear, and a qualifying spot in the start gate of Slopestyle!
You do not need to wake up. You are not dreaming... this opportunity is real, and its a once in a lifetime shot!
This is your opportunity to join the big boys, and start your pro career. You'll compete alongside Candide Thovex, TJ Schiller ou encore Colby West... as a team mate and full X-games athlete.

For your edit to qualify, you MUST create an account and read the contest rules on www.coreupt.com
Deadline for posting your video: 15th of February 2010
Results to be announced: 20th of February 2010
Jury: 50% CoreUPT.com pro team / 20% internautes / 30% ESPN
Video theme: slopestyle
Length of edit: 3 minutes maximum, including a 20 second intro showing the CoreUPT.com / Winter X-Games / Skipass / Newschoolers logos.
Media partners: Skipass.com / Zapiks.fr / Newschoolers.com
NOTE: Videos must be posted on Zapiks.
Videos must be named as follows: CoreUPT.com-X-Games selection-Last Name/First Name
Then, send an email with your contact details and the link to your edit to: contestxgames@coreupt.com
Selection criteria:
Points for skiing technique (the highest score wins of course)
Points for scenario / editing / sticking to theme (we need some originality too)
Points for image quality / compression / format

WHO MAKES UP THE JURY?

CoreUPT.com team => 50%
Internet votes on Zapiks.fr => 20%
ESPN Jury => 30%

WHAT NEXT?

You will receive an email on the 20th of February telling you if you are one of the 3 finalists or not.
If you are selected for the finals, these will take place mid February in a (still-to-be-decided) European resort.
*Only one person will be chosen from these final tests.
If you are the chosen person, you will from then on become a part of the CoreUPT.com pro team for 3 years and you will come to Tignes with the rest of the team to take part in the Slopestyle competition.

Enough said, this is the chance of a lifetime. Don't blow it.
