Bindings : Here at CoreUPT.com we offer you three types of bindings, of which two (DLD12 and DLD15) are "pivot" bindings to better protect your knees. The DLD12 is the perfect price/efficiency compromise for intermediate, good and very good skiers, looking for a pivot binding that will effectively protect their knees from twisting. Its spring can be tightened to between 5 -12 on the DIN scale. The DLD15 is the perfect binding for riders who throw 1080s on the blacks in the park or jump massive cliffs in the backcountry. It remains the reference for those who are looking for a binding that allows great precision of movement whilst holding the shoe firm. (Not to mention protecting the knee on twisting movements!) It has a double-action toe pivot, which, like its little sister the DLD12, enables the shoe to be released sideways, yet, unlike other bindings, also enables the shoe to be released vertically. Its spring can be tightened to between 8 -15 on the DIN scale. |
